Meteopress offers a full range of mobile radar systems—all deployable within 10 minutes and powered by onboard batteries. Choose from the MASEC, a containerized C-band radar with an integrated 7-meter tower, or our pickup-mounted systems: the X-class with X-band radar or the C-class with C-band radar.

A high-precision mobile X-band weather radar mounted on any of the most popular commercial pickup trucks—no homologation required. It features a 500 W solid-state power amplifier (SSPA), dual polarization, and a 1.2 m antenna with a 1.85° beam width. Scanning modes include PPI and RHI.
The system includes an integrated battery pack for 6 hours of autonomous operation, chargeable via solar panels or the vehicle’s engine. Designed for rapid response, the entire unit can be fully deployed in under 8 minutes. Available with or without the vehicle chassis, depending on client preference.
The MeteoRover C-Class delivers long-range mobile weather monitoring in a pickup-mounted C-band configuration, fully compliant with common commercial vehicles. Equipped with 5 kW C-band SSPA, dual polarization and a 2.4 m antenna. It supports PPI and RHI scanning across an elevation range of -2° to +95°, with a maximum operating range of 300 km (200 miles).

Mobile Self-Erecting Containerised, self-deploying weather radar system with 7-meter tower. Designed for maximum autonomy and rapid field setup. Housed in a standard 6 m / 20 ft high-cube container frame, it can be transported by any conventional truck. The system can be equipped as C-band or X-band.
Upon arrival, MASEC automatically deploys its stabilizing legs, erects a 7-meter tower, self-calibrates and begins 360° scanning with no manual intervention. It supports solar-powered operation for off-grid deployments, while a local grid connection is recommended for extended missions.
